Mr K.R. Jeganathan, Whole-time Director of the company, brings with him over 45 years of experience in the construction industry and deep domain expertise.

He began his career in 1981, working on PWD projects across Coimbatore, Salem, and Erode.

He has been instrumental in executing housing board projects for institutions such as Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, Bharathiyar University, and the Forest Campus in Coimbatore.

His experience also includes the successful completion of several water tank projects for the Tamil Nadu Water Board.

Since 1995, he has played a key role in the execution of various residential projects, consistently delivering high-quality outcomes.

In addition to project execution, he oversees business administration and liaison activities, ensuring seamless coordination and effective communication across all stakeholders.
